The idea for Radcipher was born from seeing the real problems in Web3 security.
There is no clear roadmap.
You DM experienced auditors and get vague advice like:
“Work hard, keep grinding, and you will get there.”
Meanwhile, we would see someone join Web3 security and by month three, they are pulling five-figure payouts from contests.
So we asked ourselves: whats the difference?
Its not just doing the @CyfrinUpdraft or @PatrickAlphaC (which, by the way, are fantastic - seriously, nothing compares for foundational learning)
The difference comes down to mentality.
Are you obsessed with becoming great?
Or are you drifting toward average by default?
And just as important: are you choosing smart who you work with?
No one can install the mindset, pattern recognition, or hard-won intuition into your brain. It is on you.
If you are not finding bugs, there is no one else to blame.
At Radcipher, we have gone from competing in @code4rena , @sherlockdefi , @CodeHawks , @immunefi, @cantinaxyz - to building our own tools and systems for the long-term.
We are not just here to audit today; we are here to push the whole space forward.
We launched version 1 of the Audit Vault, and right now, a small, boutique Discord community (~50 people) has access.
They are actively testing, giving feedback, and helping shape what comes next.
We are building this together, not behind closed doors.
