At this point she was already unconscious or dead. She was not standing. The blur is so tall because of the size of the flames.

@MaryMoody1976 @RaovarinderSin2 I don’t know how the law works in India, but in the US criminal charges would depend entirely on whether intentional negligence on the bakery’s part caused the cake to cause food poisoning. Criminal charges would be unlikely pursued, though, I think, for various reasons.

Turning a book spine-out rather than front-faced is just a petty form of protest that makes that bookseller feel better, I guess?
