@Rogers contacted your customer support through the Sportsnet plus app today. Terrible customer service they ended the chat without addressing my questions. Just trying to be able to watch the @BlueJays from the sportsnet plus app that I pay for monthly but the games won’t load.

@backstreetboys @Ticketmaster 2/2 TM is saying request was never sent! She has tons of proof! Now there conveniently is no contact number and only by email! 3 emails have been ignored! Come on TM stealing from people and not refunding cancelled concert tickets! Shame on you!

@Ticketmaster @backstreetboys My friend and I have been trying to be refunded for the tickets we purchased from a concert that was cancelled in 2020! contacted TM multiple times and they said be patient awaiting funds from the vendor! Now they say it is too late for a refund! 1/2

@_nationalsports this is how you ship a $100 item ? these pictures were taken before I opened the box. I didn’t have much work to do to get it open. The item that was sent wasn’t as described on the website. I have to make a return now and how do you suppose I use this box?

@FitbitSupport Now it won’t even sync to his phone. Please rectify this situation. We pay a lot of money for these devices and it was working on this phone and it was working on his LG G5 for a year and a half. He has been a loyal Fitbit user.

Hey @fitbit frustrated with the customer service I received in the online chat today. Told me my hubbys new LG G7 phone is not compatible with the Fitbit software and that’s why he will continue not to receive his notifications on his device, but he previously did receive them 😡
