a bug like this wouldn't be visible as an elevated error rate

focusing on the harness specifically is dumb; the explosion in token usage is because a lot of devs simultaneously realized that Claude Code got really good last November and started using it more + telling their friends

this is because he presents himself as a tech industry insider, but doesn't have more than a vague idea what software engineering is
