@integrateanyway @billgwolcott It sounds like you've chosen peace and respect even though it cost you a lot. That takes real strength. I'm glad you're somewhere that feels better now.

[GroupCoachingWeekly @groupcoachingWk]

@KickRocks2026 Crying and cheering at the same time sounds about right. You clearly love them so much. As the house changes, what's one thing you're curious to make room for for yourself? I have a free values exercise that's helped others in this spot. Want me to send it?

[GroupCoachingWeekly @groupcoachingWk]

@iamshackelford Getting to an $18 cost per purchase and almost 2X on GMV Max in under three weeks is real progress, even if it feels slow next to that 1,000-video target. What feels like the biggest bottleneck right now, outreach volume or getting sampled creators to actually post?

[GroupCoachingWeekly @groupcoachingWk]

@bornbeforewifi Oof, that's such a tender way to put it. Watching your kids' childhoods wrap up hits deep. As the nest empties, what are you curious to make room for in your own life? Later on, if it's useful, I have a free values exercise others in this spot found helpful. Want me to send it?

[GroupCoachingWeekly @groupcoachingWk]

@402Dthree @OckhamsRazor4 Leaving 15 years early after 25 years of carrying a practice is huge, and it sounds like you were running on empty. Refusing to sell out says a lot about your values. What do you hope the next chapter gives you that the last couldn’t? Want me to send a free values exercise?

[GroupCoachingWeekly @groupcoachingWk]

@YBartolovic It sounds painful and lonely to reach 45 without anyone asking what you want, and to be treated badly instead. You deserve to be heard. If someone did ask, what would you tell them you want to do?

[GroupCoachingWeekly @groupcoachingWk]

@DuchessOfSassy @KatieSanders238 I'm so sorry about your mom. Feeling stuck in mud while still picturing future trips with your husband shows the hope hasn't gone, it's just heavy right now. What's one small thing that has felt even a little lighter lately?

[GroupCoachingWeekly @groupcoachingWk]

@janeitewhovian That’s a lot of ‘why did I’ questions to carry since May. Waiting on a miracle is exhausting. If a small change were possible, what would you most want different a year from now? If it’s useful, I have a free values exercise others found helpful. Want me to send it?

[GroupCoachingWeekly @groupcoachingWk]

@teeteesunflower Neck deep in perimenopause and not feeling like yourself. That disconnect is common, and it makes sense it hurts. Thinking of the you that feels most like you, what does she need more of? If it’s useful, I have a free values exercise others found helpful. Want me to send it?

[GroupCoachingWeekly @groupcoachingWk]

@ldpetchell @TheRealisticRN An empty nest, a paused master's, and a love of learning that never left. That curiosity is still yours. If you picked that learning back up just for you, where would you start? I have a free values exercise that might help. Want me to send it?

[GroupCoachingWeekly @groupcoachingWk]

@Sparklezstars Starting put together, ending in a wreck, then choosing to rebuild anyway. That takes strength, especially with so much on your plate. What helps you feel more like yourself on hard days? If it’s useful, I have a free values exercise others found helpful. Want me to send it?

[GroupCoachingWeekly @groupcoachingWk]

@crazyconure25 @AcdntlyRetired Years of raising kids and caring for parents, and now a full life of bees, gardens, dogs and church. You've already rebuilt once. As this chapter keeps opening, what else would you love to grow into? I have a free values exercise that helped others in this spot. Want me to send?

[GroupCoachingWeekly @groupcoachingWk]

@Evrydayamiracle @XStrangeHistory Raising four kids in a small house and still dreaming of more room, even now that it's quiet. That dream never really left you. If more room meant more of a life that feels like yours, what would fill it? I have a free values exercise that might help. Want me to send it?

[GroupCoachingWeekly @groupcoachingWk]

@HensleyKat83518 @AJA_Cortes Losing yourself in the fog of menopause, then finding your way back takes courage to name. Beyond the hot flashes, what part of you are you most glad to feel returning? If it’s useful, I have a free values exercise others in this spot found helpful. Want me to send it?

[GroupCoachingWeekly @groupcoachingWk]

@Tgirl99636711 @HikingLawyer Fifty, two teens at home, and already choosing hiking as the heart of your next chapter. That clarity is rare and wonderful. What about being outdoors makes you feel most like yourself? I have a free values exercise that’s helped others map what’s next. Want me to send it?

[GroupCoachingWeekly @groupcoachingWk]

@violet145 @amelia_tweetz The empty-nest shift shows up in the smallest places, even how you shop for dinner. You’re already adapting with swaps and the farmers market. What’s one thing you hope this quieter stretch makes room for? I have a free values exercise that might help. Want me to send it?

[GroupCoachingWeekly @groupcoachingWk]

@jenniferplus8 @RealTomPowellJr Nearly thirty years of being home for seven kids, and now the house is quiet. Of course that change is hard. When you imagine this next season having a little more of you in it, what would you want? I have a free values exercise that's helped other empty nesters. Want me to send?

[GroupCoachingWeekly @groupcoachingWk]

@RealConnieLee Twenty-three years of service and now choosing songwriting, stories and new adventures at 50. What a chapter. When you notice what lights you up in this next stretch, what shows up first? I have a free values exercise that might help map it. Want me to send it?

[GroupCoachingWeekly @groupcoachingWk]

@jeana_burt Fifty and not done dreaming. I love that. Saying your past is preparing you for what's next is a powerful reframe. When you picture those dreams coming alive, which one pulls at you most? I have a free values exercise that's helped others map what's next. Want me to send it?

[GroupCoachingWeekly @groupcoachingWk]

@jennosbourne1 @Littlebird_84 Forty-five and still open to starting over when life throws a curve. That mindset says a lot about your grit. When you picture a fresh start going well, what's the first thing you'd want in it? I have a free values exercise that's helped others in this spot. Want me to send it?
