Amazon Prime subscription. Midway in 2025, the company changed its terms, introducing ads and asking ₹699 extra for ad-free viewing.

Such a mid-term change in service conditions is a clear violation of consumer rights and unfair trade practices.

That’s like buying a ticket for 2000 km and being stopped halfway “Pay again if you want to move ahead!” 🚫

When I raised a complaint, Amazon refused to register it, saying, “Either pay ₹699 or terminate your membership.”
