Dr. Colleen Spees is proposing a session at ASN 2023 to discuss the design of MTM/MNT interventions, scientific evidence, application, and policy implications for patients with cancer. She would like your vote to help make this happen! #MTM
Congratulations to Hope Lab member and @MedDietOSU student Alicyn Dickman for successfully defending her MDN capstone research, Motivational Interviewing (MI) in Dietetic Education: Current Practices and Recommendations. We are so proud of your hard work! #rd2be#dietetics
FNCE 2022 was a success! Our very own, @ColleenSpees had the honor of moderating for the 2022 @AmericanCancer Guideline Session with expert panelist, Elisa Bandera, MD, Cynthia Thomson, Ph.D., and Marji McCullough, ScD, MS, RD. Congrats to our poster presenters! #FNCE
What a fun day our MDN students had today at Waterman Farms with Glenn Mills @CFAES_OSU & Dr. @ColleenSpees. We got an educational tour of the farm putting us in touch with where our food comes from!
Donโt forget to save the #pumpkinseeds when you carve your #pumpkin! They are an excellent source of phosphorus, manganese and magnesium and contain monounsaturated fats, omega-6 fatty acids & phytosterols. Roast them and use them on top of salads, soups or eat by the handful!
Jumping for #joy over #produce! #Kids @ Hope Garden are excited about fruits & vegetables! Did you know some #research shows #gardening can have a positive impact on kids fruit & vegetable intake? Interacting with produce could help them become more #adventurouseaters@USDAgov
