I requested my payout on 9 June 2026. According to your FAQ, payout approvals are typically processed within 2 business days. As of today, 17 June 2026, my payout is still pending approval.

I have contacted support multiple times, but I have only been advised to continue waiting without receiving any estimated timeline or explanation for the delay.

Could you please provide an update on the status of my payout request and an expected approval date?
