#Andhra Pradesh IAS officer Vikas Marmat, who is heading #Kuppam Area Development Authority in AP CM (@ncbn) Chandrababu Naidu’s constituency, & his 3 friends have been booked for allegedly assaulting and abusing police personnel at Cavore pub on Residency Road after midnight Friday.

The trouble reportedly began when crime branch cops sought the officer’s ID during routine patrolling. The IAS officer hurled expletives at cops. One of the revellers allegedly pushed a cop and abused others.
