@HelpfulPunter I went a number of years ago and thought it a terrible experience. Been to other courses And other big meetings and had great times but Epsom Derby was one of the worst for me. Never again
@joshpearson180@OfficialPDC I used to love watching darts (on tv and at the arenas) but so many things frustrate me about the crowds behaviour now that I struggle to watch even on telly. Whistlers need to be removed from the crowd.
@longformsnooker@operation14741 People forget how good his safety game was. First one I really noticed using attacking safety so that if his opponent didn’t come back with a great shot Stephen knew he was in. Others used it before him but he was the first I noticed using it consistently
@Coral He’s one of those players that you would love in your team but when he’s not in your team you realise he’s a sneaky little shit who’s so annoying
@davidjcraig@TheExtremeMusi1 Can’t disagree with David’s tweet here. I loved technique but it’s probably my 4th favourite behind the 3 he mentioned. I hated republic and can’t remember last time I even bothered with it. Not sure I have really liked an album of theirs since technique tbh
@daviddownie17@FansAgainstVAR_ Totally agree with David. It ruins the moment for the match going fan. We knew there was a potential for human error in the game pre var and we may have moaned but it was all part of the theatre. Now there is still human error without the upside of moment of spontaneity
@scottjwillis Var is awful for the match going fan. It takes away the spontaneity of cheering for a goal as you then have to wait for it to be checked. Then when it’s given the moment has gone. Yes you still cheer but not with the unbridled passion you used to.
