@GillianKeegan 44% drop out rate of teachers after 5 years - that's a secure financial model for recruitment. Have you thought about maybe looking after the experienced, hard working ones you have already got instead of looking for new shiny ones with no staying power??

@GillianKeegan I loved the way on LBC you failed by mention keeping experienced teachers. Clearly not even crossed your mind. Drop out rate of 44% after 5 years. Top of the scale teachers get no reward, thanks or pay rise for all their years of dedication, skills and experience.
