Infact found @goibibo & @AirIndiaX customer friendly and quick.
I know they both belong to @makemytripcare & @airindia
Still management seems to be different and proactive towards customers needs

Trying to get refund since many days from @airindia and @makemytripcare

Make my trip says airindia will refund It, can't do much

Airindia replies me that mmt is capable to get refund done so get in touch with them :/

Please avoid this deadly combo for bookings
