Most businesses I speak with are still hesitant about AI Voice Agents. The concern is understandable.

Will customers accept it?
Will it really feel natural?
Can AI actually solve the customer’s problem?

What I’ve seen from customers who are actually trying it is often very different. They are surprised by how naturally the agent communicates, how well it handles multiple languages, and how often it can actually resolve what the customer called about.

When implemented properly, Voice AI is not just about reducing cost. It can actually create a better customer experience and make the entire company more productive.

And I really have to give credit to our early customers.

They were bold enough to try a new technology before it became mainstream, and many of them are already seeing very good results.

Hats off to the early adopters.

@ItsFinlayW Is there a way that people can escalate this directly to the CEO or the top management?I think this issue has been there for the last few years. I really do not know how the top management has missed this issue

@ItsFinlayW I have a personal account but I registered a new account for my company because there are multiple owners in the business. I have directly verified everything related to the company but still they have been blocking us.they are not clear on their answers.

@Im_kannanj No point in executing new projects when none of the old projects are of world standards. Our foundation needs to be made strong. We need to train all government official. Bring basic education knowledge to all MLA.
