1) My colleague was injured today while boarding an IndiGo airport transfer bus when the gate closed on her. She nearly passed out. No one came to assist, no first aid was offered, and the entire situation was handled with complete indifference.

I had to go to the IndiGo counter myself for help and even ask for water. No ice pack, no wheelchair, no seat, no apology from the driver nothing. I’m attaching boarding pass for reference because this is a serious passenger safety issue and @IndiGo6E must investigate

Now they are harassing us with apologetic calls but at the time they didn't even offer her a seat on the bus. Didn't have any emergency medical assistance. Not even water. I had to go and ask.

@aaicbeairport @IndiGo6E Drove from Ooty for early AM flight but denied entry night before. Left sitting on hard metal chairs in the cold outside, alone as a female traveler. Show some empathy & improve facilities for early flights! #CBEairport

@ShreyaPattar I've lived there as a junior high. Parents were doctors then. Money story yes I'll buy but please don't call it safe. We saw plenty of Indians murdered with absolutely no follow up. There is plenty of crime. Ofcourse not like new haven but it's not all song and dance.
