@Camd3n_77 TV mentioned both him & Canzone still being affected by hamstring injuries. Obviously only 1 can DH. Question is do you risk plays like this to keep both bats in the lineup or do you sit one of them and have them pinch hit later? In either case, giving up 7 runs doesn’t help.

My last thought for the night and I leave it here:

Dan Wilson had the benefit of Cal Raleigh's great season in 2025, and he took the #Mariners to G7 of the ALCS.

John Schneider finished last with the Blue Jays in 2024, then got an unbelievable heater from Vlad Jr. and Ernie Clement and got to G7 of the World Series in 2025.

The Blue Jays are 44-49 this year with a worse record than the Mariners.

Is John Schneider a much better manager than Dan Wilson? Much worse? I don't know, but I know this.

Cal Raleigh is NOT having a good year, and Vlad Jr. has FIVE home runs despite perfect health most of the season and no IL trips.

ALL managers need great years from great players to have good teams, and when they don't get them, all teams look much worse, and it isn't all the manager's fault.

I really wish @Mariners would remember that this year they’re supposed to exceed what they did last year. Their inability to do anything consistent on the road is frustrating and mind boggling. Why does this happen when you’re supposed to get to the World Series??!!

Quite a run for #USMNT. Belgium came to play and deserves a lot of credit, but in the end US dug too deep of a hole with two gift goals. It’s hard to bounce back from that. It’s now time for @ussoccer to build on the momentum of this run. 4 years until the next World Cup.
