THIS IS JUDGE JAMES BURBIDGE.
He has now sentenced another paedophile West Midlands Police officer, Paul Davies, to just eight months.
Davies was a safeguarding officer in schools with daily access to children. He encouraged a teenage girl to send naked images of herself.
He was released in less than four months.
Previously, the same judge gave Inspector Lee Bartram a suspended sentence despite him possessing over 450 indecent images of children — and taking photos of kids while on duty.
Judge Burbidge consistently hands paedophile police officers light sentences or lets them walk free.
This is not justice. This is protection of predators in uniform.
Children are not safe. The system is shielding the very people meant to protect them.
