@ask_WestJethelp @ask_WestJethelp Canceled/Changed our business class on YKF leg (still have not seen a refund) — couldn’t get into a lounge in Calgary as it was full with a long wait/queue.

@ask_WestJethelp @ask_WestJethelp 519-241-0795 [email protected]. As noted even more delays on our connection to YKF as no flight attendants— my first time flying Business Class with WestJet and it may be my last — lie-flat seats were fine — service was ok (not great both ways)

@WestJet still on time ?? Flight 87 boarded late - still sitting on the ground at ICN over 1h 30m from when we we to depart - entertainment system stopped working - flight doors now open for customer service agent to board - not the Business Class Experience I expected
