So things that took decades if not generations to build up, some of these things the gold standard government capacity for the whole world, President Donald Trump just said hey, you’re my top campaign donor, as far as I’m concerned, that gives you the right to sledgehammer the US government to your heart’s content. I don’t care, you enjoy yourself. And that is how thousands of subject matter experts, and forest rangers and specialist lawyers, and prosecutors, and scientists, and and and, it’s how all these people lost their jobs and their careers in the US government. But it’s also how we as a country lost things like say a project that had been funded, that was shovel ready, expertly planned, much needed, ready to go, a project to build FIRE BREAKS in the Superior National Forest in Minnesota. Elon Musk and Donald Trump did not care enough or were not bright enough to understand what a project like that might conceivably be for, and so they [killed] it…Trump in his wisdom literally stopped funding last year for the shovel ready project to build fire breaks in the Superior National Forest in Minnesota, so there would be less to burn, so it would be EASIER to fight any fire that did break out…He and Elon Musk stopped the funding of that project and so now, the bill has come due. The Superior National Forest in Minnesota, as we speak, is on fire. Thank you DOGE. Thank you Donald Trump…”🙄🤦‍♀️

Accused of sexual misconduct or assault by at least 26 women. But sure, tell me again how he’s a great guy.
6 corporate bankruptcies. The self proclaimed greatest businessman alive somehow keeps running out of money.
5 draft deferments. Funny how the toughest guy in the room never actually showed up for duty.
4 criminal indictments. Not two. Not three. Four.
2 impeachments. A club of exactly one president.
2 of his own companies convicted of criminal tax fraud. Convicted. Not accused. Convicted.
1 fake university shut down. 1 fake charity shut down.
Even his charity was a grift.
Paid 25 million dollars to settle the Trump University fraud lawsuit because scamming people who believed in you costs money eventually.
Ordered to pay 5 million dollars in the first E Jean Carroll sexual abuse verdict, then hit with 83.3 million more in the second.
A jury said it twice so nobody could pretend it was a fluke.
Ordered to pay 2 million dollars for looting his own so called charity.
Stealing from a charity with his own name on it.
Found liable for business fraud and originally slapped with a penalty topping 450 million dollars, later thrown out on appeal while the fraud finding itself stuck to him anyway.
First president in modern history to increase the deficit every single year of a full term. Fiscal responsibility, apparently, was always just a talking point.
Kept the debt to GDP ratio above 100 percent for his entire first term.
Presided over the largest single day point drop in Dow Jones history at the time. So much for the guy who claimed to be a genius with money.
Set the record for the longest government shutdown in US history in his first term at 35 days, then couldn’t resist beating his own miserable record in his second term with a 43 day shutdown, followed by yet another shutdown just months later. Encore nobody asked for.
Added roughly 2.25 trillion dollars to the national debt in his first year back in office alone, pushing the debt past 39 trillion dollars.
Somebody remind me who the party of fiscal discipline is again.
Pushed through the largest defense budget increase since World War Two while the debt kept climbing anyway.
Purged more than 300,000 federal employees in his first year back.
Efficient, if your goal is chaos.
Pardoned nearly 1,600 January 6 Capitol rioters on his very first day back in office, including Oath Keepers and Proud Boys leaders convicted of seditious conspiracy.
Law and order, except when it’s inconvenient.
At least 40 of those pardoned rioters have already been rearrested, charged, or sentenced for new crimes since walking free. Shocking absolutely nobody.
His family’s crypto ventures, including a meme coin and World Liberty Financial, pulled in more than 1.4 billion dollars in disclosed earnings while he sat in the Oval Office.
Draining the swamp was apparently code for filling his own pockets.
Sent the National Guard into American cities at a cost of nearly 500 million taxpayer dollars in 2025 alone.
His own tariffs are projected to cost the average American household more than 2,500 dollars this year.
You’re paying for this. Not China. You.
Now sitting at one of the lowest approval ratings of his second term, stuck in the high 30s while inflation and gas prices make everyday life harder.
None of this is a conspiracy theory, a rumor, or something you saw in a group chat.
It is the actual, documented record, sitting in plain sight for anyone willing to look.
So, the next time someone tells you to relax and give him a chance, ask them how many more indictments, judgments, and shutdown records he needs to rack up before that chance runs out. VIA~ Debrina Elkins

I can’t disagree with LD here. My daughter has been playing club soccer since she was 7. We have made it work for her to play. But it is hard not to feel that we where just seen as a bank for the club and I watched the club beat the fun out of playing for several players

The pardon power exists for one reason: to let a president correct cases where the justice system got something wrong. That’s NOT what’s happening.

🚨 Trump just fired every remaining commissioner of the bipartisan Election Assistance Commission, the federal agency that helps states secure and administer elections.

No, this doesn't let a president "run" elections.

It does something more subtle.

The EAC certifies voting systems, oversees billions in election grants, issues national guidance, and serves as an independent referee on election administration.

Remove the referees, install loyalists, and a safeguard can become a bottleneck... or a weapon.

States still run elections, but weakening independent oversight makes it easier to pressure states, delay resources, politicize technical standards, and erode election security before the 2026 midterms.

That's how institutions are captured: not all at once, but one "independent" agency at a time.

ICE killed a father of three yesterday and no one is talking about it.

Lorenzo Salgado Araujo spent 35 years in Houston building homes and raising a family.

According to people interviewed, every night after work you'd find him on his porch, listening to music, petting his dog. He helped his three kids (U.S. Citizens) get through college.

It certainly seems that he was doing everything right, and then a federal agent shot him dead during a stop and his own son found out from a Facebook video, recognizing his father's voice as he lay bleeding in the street.

His son says that if his father had recognized any sign of law enforcement, he would have complied without question.

DHS says he "tried to run him over." This is the exact same lie they used to justify murdering Renee Good, a mother of three.

We are being asked to trust a rogue, lawless agency's word over a dead man's family, again, with no body cam release and no independent investigation.

Everyone should be outraged.

$2.5 million. That’s what a convicted fraudster told fellow inmates he’d arranged to pay to get out of prison early. Not through an appeal, not through a judge, but through a phone call to the president. 

David Gentile defrauded 10,000 investors out of $1.6 billion and was sentenced to seven years. Less than two weeks later, Trump commuted his entire sentence. When federal prosecutors started investigating how that happened, a DOJ official called the U.S. Attorney running the case, and the investigation was shut down within months. 

Not because they ran out of evidence. Because someone in Washington decided they shouldn’t keep looking.
