@observerug Yes, thank you. Send them to courts, which must sentence the culprits to community works. They clean the streets for weeks. No one will eventually do litter going forward @KCCAUG, @KCCAED.

@DickensOkello99 @investigator_ug There’s always a starting point. Next time, though, there should be trucks stationed and ready to collect the trash as it's gathered. This is a great initiative which should have started long ago. Better late than never - now let's keep improving it.
