He made me rate his assistance 5star. It's 12hrs gone & no refund is provided

I recharged my DTH account
dated 14/11/21 using the Gpay mode linked with my SBI account.
My SBI account got debited by Rs470/-
Neither the DTH company nor the Gpay is having relevant info.
Plz have a look here & enlighten me with the process of claiming refund.

I recharged my Tata sky app by amount
Rs470/- dated 14/11/ 21 using the GPay mode
It showed successful transaction but the recharged amount was not credited to my Tata sky account
I contacted the customer service but my matter is unresolved
