@sainsburys So having been a loyal customer of 5 years, very disappointed when shopping was not delivered yesterday. Then told it would be this morning. Having chased, now told our order has been cancelled but no one thought to tell us until we had to contact. Shoddy.

@megabusuk Hi. Waiting on the 4.40pm from Heathrow to Birmingham but tracker isn't even showing it has left Victoria coach station due at 4pm. Can I have an update please.

@megabusuk Hi Nat, the bus eventually turned up and left at 7pm, 2 hours and 20 minutes late with no explanation from the driver.

@megabusuk Yes there are other people because when I speak to the terminal staff they say they are waiting on an update. As for other passengers I couldn't say given how busy it is here

@megabusuk The travel information at the terminal is still showing as wait in lounge and we have been watching for coaches in all that time. It is labelled as an M15 and nothing spotted so far. Other coaches have come in from parts of London around that time to go on elsewhere
