Studied deleting data from lists .
Practiced on my stationery list:
1 -remove() – delete by value (“pen”, “ruler”)
2 -pop() – delete by index and return the item
3 -clear() (commented it out so I didn’t wipe everything)

Started working with lists today.
Created a stationery list and practiced:
1 -append – add one item
2 -extend – add multiple items
3 -insert at specific positions (even negative indexes)
4 -Accessing items with positive & negative indexing
Also made a mixed-type list to test.

Moved on to logical operators today: OR, AND , NOT.
Updated the library script:
Now checks if the name is banned.
Then asks if they’re evil and how many good deeds they’ve done.
If evil and good deeds < 4 → “You’re not welcome… Get out!”
..
Getting better at python each day.

I also worked with Cisco Packet Tracer, compared hub and switch traffic in simulation mode, and ran my first Cisco commands:
enable
show mac address-table
to see the information contained in the switch.
Today I officially started my CCNA journey with Day 1 lesson on switches.
I learned how switches use MAC addresses and CAM tables to identify devices and forward traffic to the correct port, unlike hubs that broadcast traffic to every connected device.
Added a new menu item (Devotional) and dynamic pricing:
Devotional = $9, Comic = $3, Biography = $4
Anything else → “Sorry, We don’t have that here.” and exit.
Leveled up the library script today with nested conditionals and an elif chain. If the name is “Ben”, it now asks “Are you evil?”
– Yes → kicked out
– No → “Oh, so you’re one of the good Bens. Come on in.”
Started learning conditional statements today and immediately upgraded my little library script.
Now the program checks the user’s name:
If the name is the banned name: "Ben", it instantly kicks them out and exits.
Otherwise it continues as normal.
Day 2 of Python!
Today I learned how to do maths in Python and levelled up my interactive script.
I added a simple pricing system:
Set a fixed price per copy
Asked the user how many copies they want
Calculated the total bill and bade the client farewell.
Started my Python journey today!
Day 1 :
I learned the basics of strings and variables, then put them to work by building a simple interactive script. The program greets the user, asks for their name, stores it in a variable, then presents a short menu of options . :
