Pure insanity that some fans are still sticking up for Sony and the PlayStation brand.
It is no understatement, that this pushing of an "all digital media future" is a cynical, scummy business practise solely designed for control.
Would strongly advise PlayStation gamers to still enjoy what they love, but seriously consider whether you wish to support such a company long term.
Sony have shown with their actions and their ignorance of a huge petition garnering more than 360,000 signatures, that they do not care about the consumer.
#NoDiscNoBuy #StopKillingGames #PSblackout #BoycottSony
Sony's agenda of pushing an "all digital media future" is anti-consumer.
A reality where physical media ceases to exist, also ends any form of true ownership.

Yes to digital, but NO to an entirely digital media world.
Sony are actively pushing a reality where you the consumer don't truly own the games you buy. Let that sink in...
And if you let Sony get away with it, others will follow.
So the backlash needs to be so big and ugly, that this cynical push by Sony, ends here.
Please get involved with sharing and signing the petition, as it is a collective show of force against those who wish to take video games away from "the players".
Remember when GTA V required 2 discs to play the game & everyone complained about that? I’m a physical media supporter 100% but I’m seeing a strange pattern here.
What is the difference between "download" and "install"?
Our latest video shows how physical games work when released properly: https://t.co/d2Bid69Ntb
Thankfully, the vast majority of all gaming companies knows how to release games in this state. To all the others, do better!
@JaceAVinson They have to say it. By pretending that the people around them are worse than they are, they can alleviate their feelings about themselves.
Many people will buy GTA, but this cynicism and hunting of "hypocrites" is the excuse that disguises the guilt.
@Grkued@DiscussThing Let's say I'm surprised that GTA is under greater scrutiny. So the issue isn't that what Take-Two is doing isn't wrong; the issue is that people aren't turning a blind eye like they do at other times. I get it.
