JUST SAYING 😝
Listen to what Anuraag Muskaan (an acclaimed poet & storyteller) said about the protests by DU women. I agree with him 💯.

Translated in English:
"Ek kachori, do samosa, mard jaat ka kya bharosa.
Ek sutta, do chai, mard jaat haye haye.
Thande samose garam karo, mard jaat sharm karo."
Friends, these slogans are very viral nowadays and are being chanted widely in women's protests. The rhyming sounds good, and you might even find them amusing. But stop and think for a minute. Who are you protesting against? The criminal or the man?
Look, a rapist is a criminal. Someone who molests a woman is a criminal. Someone who commits violence against her is a criminal. Raise your voice as fiercely as you want against them. Demand punishment. Question the system. I stand with you. But when you chant the slogan, "Chai garam doodh garam, mard samaj besharam," you don't put the criminal on trial; you put the entire male race on trial.
Just think, if a woman committed a crime, could we protest against her by saying, "Thande samose garam karo, aurat jaat sharm karo"? No, right. Because one woman's crime does not determine the character of millions of women. So how can one man's crime determine the character of millions of men? And the male race that you are putting on trial with a slogan includes your father, your brother, your son, your friend, and that unknown man who perhaps was - or will be - the first to step forward to help you in a difficult situation.
Crime should not have a gender defense, but do not make gender a crime either. The fight is not men versus women. The fight is crime versus humanity. Therefore, definitely chant slogans. Raise your voice loud enough to reach the ears of those in power. To reach society. But choose your words in such a way that the target is the crime or the criminal... not their entire gender. Because the day we start speaking the language of collective hatred while demanding justice, the question will no longer just be who we are fighting against. The question will also be what we ourselves are becoming in the process of this fight. Definitely think about it.
