@CityFibre I tried to switch from virgin media to sky and everything seemed to be going ok, then you cancelled the switch saying city fibre is not available in my street, when according to your checker online, and other neighbours in our street it is. Why has this happened?

@O2 @virginmedia I signed up to O2 mobile through virgin media about a month ago because I was needing a new SIM and it worked out well. Prior to signing, I checked that you have 5g coverage in Dundee and your site said the signal was excellent. I've not had 5g yet, why is this?

@virginmedia Yes, the SIM was hired through one of your volt packages, but before I got it I checked the 5g coverage on the O2 website and searching my own postcode and Dundee in general it said there was good 5g coverage.
