@FlySWISS The price difference you show when someone is rescheduling is incorrect. A simple comparison to a new booking attempt shows it. The prices of to and fro flights move such as to fit the minimum amount you seem determined to extract irrespective of the real fare difference.

I have been trying to withdraw my PF for almost a year, and my claims get rejected for invalid reasons. PF agent asks for an exorbitant sum for the simple process.
I have raised grievance on the portal, which is convoluted. Hoping to get some help 🙏

@EaseMyTrip There is nothing left to assess. And you have just passed more than two weeks in thin air. I will dispute the transaction with the bank if I don't receive the refund by tomorrow, and it has been a humongous waste of time speaking to you on multiple channels.

@airvistara Hi Lehar, the agent just keeps kicking the ball down the road. They are a small company. Can you not force matters fron your end? Fight was cancelled by Vistara, you put me on an untenable alternative flights, and therefore I haf to get it changed with you. Agent wasn't incolved.
