@myfreshtohome The outlet at sector 75 Noida denied to accept the order. Please find the attached screenshot of order placed through watsapp. The staff working has a lot of attitude. I have been an old customer of your's. Register my complaint and enquire.

@myfreshtohome What a pathetic condition of the company. On call customer care says there are no neck pieces served in chicken biryani cut. Later on mail she said neck pieces are part of biryani cut. Other companies are not serving neck pieces in biryani cut. FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD

What kind of service and commitment is this from the company? Such kind of service from a pharmacy is not acceptable as medicines are essential items related to a patient. Any how it has to delivered on time.

I am writing to register a complaint for non delivery of my order today. I placed an order at around 1 pm today. As per the app, the expected time of delivery was 1-2 hours.

On contacting the delivery agent he said that today he had lot of orders for delivery and will deliver my order tomorrow. His way of talking was very rude and it showed irresponsible behaviour. 

I needed the ordered medicines today .
