Wormhole: 6 figs (zero refs) - gave you the 1:1 playbook on how to qualify and emphasized on using Solana.

Tensor: 6 figs - some refs, but I've been farming since Feb '23, and redistributed 20% of my airdrop.

Parcl: Collected all the bonuses and I'm a day-1 user. Also own HOA NFTs.

Each Airdrop is different, so some of them will obviously favor ref link shilling (that usually come with bonuses, and zero additional cost).

My point is, it's still entirely possible to strike it big with airdrops while getting 'zero community support' and being a lone wolf.

It's important to differentiate between:

#1: Liquidity-based Airdrops
#2: TX-Based Airdrops

The former favors whales and influencers (if ref links exist), the latter favors people that put in the work and GRIND their ass off (Optimism, Wormhole, Starknet, Manta Galxe, Arbitrum).

Each of them come with their own downsides. I'd humbly say I know what I'm talking about because I frequently qualify for both brackets (without trying to sound arrogant).

#1: You need actual $$$ size or have a large organic following, and then just sit on your position for MONTHS.

#2: The only downside is that the airdrop playbook post-Arbitrum is well-known by now, with massive dilution taking place. So you need to grind harder (push more txs, have more family members) AND be more diligent so you don't get FILTERED (spacing out txs, hitting niche criterion etc.) than everyone else.

Another option is 'fishing' for slept-on Airdrops. Projects that raised +$20M and MIRACULOUSLY nobody taking action.

Manta, Starknet, and Wormhole come to mind - I happen to have tweeted about all of them, diluting my own share of the pie.

In the end, it depends entirely on what you're good at.

If you make people a bunch of money and claim clout on your airdrop proceeds, naturally, your follower count will balloon as everyone else on CT will take note.

There are only two reasons why anons follow other anons on CT:

- You make them money
- You entertain them

Crossing those points off will naturally balloon your following. You'll be able to tell if your following is organic and believes in your thesis by the amount of refs you receive.

If this doesn't suit your approach, you can always go for Option #2:

Just go turbo-hard and study previous airdrop criteria (Arbitrum, Starknet, Celestia), press a TON of buttons >12 hours a day and MAKE it that way. This route takes a decent amount of IQ and autism If I do say so myself.

Essentially, the concept I'm trying to convey:

Multiple roads lead to Valhalla

You can also simply take the no-life approach for 1-2 years tops and DO BOTH. This will result in you living and breathing Crypto and Airdrops, spending most of your waking hours being DEEPLY involved with the space.

If you walk that road, you only have to do it once properly, and then be set for life.

Just make sure you take action NOW, as the edge is rapidly dwindling, with Normies and Institutions LITERALLY entering the Airdrop Game (talked about this ad nauseum).

Study my tweets under 'Highlights'. I'll probably also fire off a few more ACTIONABLE airdrop threads, cuz nobody takes action anyway, so dilution is being kept in-check, by design.

Maybe I'm just yappin' being drenched in euphoria, maybe there's somewhere a 'lesson in there'

Who knows anyway? This is an alternative universe, and we are merely its citizens.

obviously all hindsight, I didn't dump enough crescent on launch and roundtripped a couple k. it happens. as you say, evaluate each project / token on own merit.
