@Soodjohn No proper drainage system, gutters are overflowing in A1-A4 DDA FLATS NARELA.

Leakage is everywhere in shaft (ductshaft). and spoiling the wall-paint of rooms.

@Soodjohn No service after delivery. People in maintenance deptt never have done their duties. DDA is focused only on delivery of their projects but quality can't be maintained because of their old style of leadership. Water proofing work has't been done in A1-A4 DDA FLATS NARELA, DELHI

DDA flats located in Narela which are being constructed by Shirke Construction Technology Pvt Ltd. Those flats are not fit to live at all. People living here for a long time are facing many problems, which are not being heard.

@ashokgehlot51 Honorable CM @ashokgehlot51 RHTEQIS looks like a deformed version of TEQIP III. Under paid long term contract faculties will generate inferior quality engineers only. Plz rethink about remuneration.
