@mehulshahca @Cagogo_03 Thats actually a good news that your orders didnt come. Almost all of my appeals, even demonetisation ones recd the orders within a few days of each other with one thing common- all against, zero appn of mind and no discussion of any submission. Just copy paste asstt orders

@abhishekrajaram Officers are denying C/F of Itc only because the taxpayer did not report it in Table 8C. God knows who is training them. I have a friend whose client was a small PSU. Their ITC was denied as it was only reported in Table 12/13 but not in 8C. It was absolutely ridiculous

@Pmkphotoworks Driving Hyundai Creta 2017 Petrol. Earlier it used to give mileage of 11-12 in city but now, it hardly crosses 8.5-9. even on highways, its between 12-13.

@NsNitinsinha Same incident happened twice. Once when I was driving my brother's car and second with my friend. The jump was also not that deep. Both times, it was night and raining. Spare tyre came to rescue & the damaged tyre was gone. New tyre had to be purchased. Who approves this design ?

@CAHimankSingla 2 years back, we took cloud services from third party. There was a ransomware attack on the vendor and entire server was locked up in July, middle of ITR Filing. That was a bad nightmare. Immediately bought a localised server so that backups are atleast in our ctrl.

@abhishekrajaram Sir but now, the rate has been dropped to 5%, which is good. But i never understood why ice cream parlours were treated differently ? I mean they were denied composition option even when there existed two separate schemes for goods and services under composition.

@R_N_Vaghani @abhishekrajaram Someone from CGST told me that they have recd an internal communication that in case Welcome kit is returned, no automatic suspension to be made. Instead, the GSTIN is marked for field visit. The issue of No Phone Number on Kit is genuine as only address is mentioned

Users are facing a 504 Gateway Time-out error while trying to log in to the GSTAT e-Filing Portal.

Considering the technical issues, an extension of filing timelines is the need of the hour.
