Apparently @YatraOfficial charges convenience fee for causing inconvenience to the passengers.

Flight booked through Yatra cancelled by the airline. Yet Yatra deducts it's convenience fee from the refund amount!!

However, we have waken up to read an email from @flyspicejet received at 00:43 that the flight will now fly at 07:55. No call or anything, due to which the flight has been missed. Isn't this a clear case of cheating with the customers????

@flyspicejet My parents were supposed to fly on SG2950 from Delhi at 7:55 today. Last evening we got a call from Spicejet that the flight has been rescheduled for 12:10. Even the Boarding passes generated are for 12:10 PM.
