Also, when I spoke to a MakeMyTrip representative, I requested the B2C contact number. She said she’d email it, but then asked for my email saying there’s no ID in the system. Later she gave a number, but it never connects. Really disappointing experience.

@makemytrip I booked Hotel Renox Suites Delhi Airport through your app, but when I reached there around 2 AM with a foreign guest, the hotel didn’t exist under that name — they had changed it. We faced a lot of trouble at night because of this.
