You cannot file application after application, lose at every level, ignore existing court orders, and then cry “collusion” because the Court has not prioritised your latest filing within the timeframe you desire.

The same Court you now accuse is the Court that heard you, entertained countless applications, appeals and reviews over the last three years. Litigation is not a fast-food service where directions are issued on demand simply because one side claims urgency.

More fundamentally, the 22 May 2026 rulings were clear: once vesting and preservation orders are issued under sections 444 and 445 of the Insolvency Act, the Official Receiver becomes the lawful custodian of the assets under liquidation. Dissatisfaction with those orders is not evidence of collusion; it is evidence that a party has lost an argument.

What is truly concerning is the attempt to undermine public confidence in the judiciary every time a ruling does not favour Cytonn’s promoters or their allies. Today it is the Judge. Yesterday it was the Official Receiver. Before that it was creditors. Before that it was regulators. Everyone cannot be conspiring against you.

The Court of Appeal has already described the Cytonn structure as a scheme akin to fraud. The High Court has repeatedly reaffirmed the authority of the Official Receiver. The insolvency process is moving forward despite years of obstruction.

If the application has merit, it will be heard. If it lacks merit, it will fail.

But allegations of “court corridor games” and “collusion” made without evidence are not legal arguments. They are merely the latest chapter in a long-running campaign to delegitimise every institution that refuses to bend to Cytonn’s narrative.
