A COUP SHROUDED IN DARKNESS: PHANTOM OR REAL ? LET THE LIST BE MADE PUBLIC.

1. It has been three weeks today since when hearsay from the vineyard started in WHISPERS about an alleged coup which was explained away as routine issue around failures in promotion exercises

2 . It is now two weeks since the WHISPERS graduated TO LOW AND MEDIUM TONES about officers being arrested across the country for insubordination and indiscipline.

3. Within the last week all cowardly excuses have given way to A FACT that there was indeed a plan to overthrow the government.

4. World over the culture of failed coup is for the coup plotters to be paraded in public, handcuffed, legs chained, with their ranks, state of origin etc made known to the public.

5. Subsequently a military tribunal is set up to try them and pass a judgement which is subject to appeal.

6. In the current situation, beyond the denial, the play in darkness, the beneath the earth power play and treachery etc it has been inordinate silence.

7. Nothing is known about those involved, nobody knows if they have access to legal representation or to their family members.

8. Continuing on this hide and seek will only make matters worse, create doubt, create grounds for additional confusion and even a leeway to call it a PHANTOM COUP.

THE IRONY OF PRESIDENTIAL FORGIVENESS, CLEMENCY, PERDON ETC.

When drug barons are granted amnesty, drugs will continue to flow again and it gives hope to barons to continue with the hope of amnesty if caught.

When treasury looters are forgiven, they will rejoin their families and enjoy the loot and looting will continue because amnesty is being anticipated.

When willful and serial murderers are forgiven, more murders will be committed because amnesty is in the offing.

When destructive national assets vandals are forgiven, more vandals will be emboldened because clemency is around the corner.

When the legal or constitutional provisions are compromised and deployed to achieve an aim or a purpose, more irreparable injury will be done to the legal, political and economic systems. Countries with such inclinations always lag behind.

EFCC is going after coalition leaders. They are going after Emeka Ihedioha, asking him to come and give account of his time in office for seven months. He has been out of office for over 5 years. This current EFCC chairman has been in office for over 2 years. Now they are saying Tambuwal that left office as Governor in 2023 stole FAAC money. They are going after coalition leaders, to intimidate them.

The whole thing is to put pressure on the coalition. The EFCC chairman is a failure. We know the people that stole money and did nothing good while in office aside to simply steal money. The EFCC chairman should remember that he will not be EFCC chairman forever. Where is Magu today? Magu was once a demi-god. This current EFCC chairman should learn from that fact and understand that somebody he will leave office just like Magu. Emeka Ihedioha was only Governor for seven months and he has been out of office for five years and all of a sudden they are asking his commissioners to come and account for their time in office, ultimately, we know who they are targeting and that is Emeka Ihedioha, in a bid to intimidate members of the coalition.

Aminu Waziri Tambuwal is not Okowa who can be easily intimidated, bamboozled, and coerced to join the APC based on unsubstantiated, corrupt allegations.
