Many husbands have been terminated from their jobs after complaints were sent to their employers during matrimonial disputes.

Moreover, the Wives shamelessly seek maintenance from the husbands who lost the job because of wife’s complaints.

Employment should not become a weapon in matrimonial litigation.

HABITUAL OF FILING SEXUAL OFFENCES : SESSIONS COURT FARIDABAD REJECTS BAIL OF WOMAN CHARGED OF EXTORTION AFTER FILING FALSE RAPE CASE

The Additional Sessions Court, Faridabad, has dismissed the fourth regular bail application filed by Pinky alias Sandhya, an accused in the widely reported honey trap and extortion case. The Court observed that the material available on record, at the prima facie stage, indicates that the accused appears to have played a central role in the alleged illegal activities. The Court further held that there is a serious apprehension that, if released on bail, she may influence or intimidate prosecution witnesses.

According to the prosecution, the complainant alleged that in 2023 he was trapped by an alleged honey trap syndicate and falsely implicated in a rape case. It added that another alleged mastermind, Mukesh Narwat, who is currently lodged in Faridabad Jail, was also involved in the conspiracy.

It is alleged that the complainant, Dheeraj Gupta, was pressured to pay huge amount in the name of settlement. The complaint further stated that the accused attempted to extort ₹50 lakh from him and ultimately collected ₹33 lakh under the pretext of a compromise.

In its order, the Court noted that this was the fourth bail application filed by the accused and that her previous three bail applications had also been rejected. The Court observed that, at this stage, the accused appears to be one of the principal conspirators in an alleged honey trap racket involving false rape allegations followed by demands for large sums of money in the name of settlement. It also observed that the complainant seems to be in habit of filing sexual offences as she has registered rape cases in other jurisdictions too. Considering the serious nature of the allegations and the likelihood of witness intimidation, the Court held that no grounds existed for granting regular bail.

The FIR against Pinky alias Sandhya and Mukesh Narwat was registered on September 26, 2024, at Police Station Sector-17, Faridabad, under Sections 384, 388, 120-B, and 34 IPC. The case was registered pursuant to the findings of a Special Investigation Team (SIT) constituted on the directions of the then Haryana Home Minister, Anil Vij. The complaint regarding this case was made to then home minister by the complainant assisted by NGO Ekam Nyaay Foundation @ekamnyaay run by journalist and activist Deepika Narayan Bhardwaj.

Following the registration of the case, both accused allegedly absconded. Pinky was taken into custody by Faridabad Police on November 19, 2025, while Mukesh Narwat was arrested on July 2, 2025.

The case records also refer to FIR dated March 9, 2024, registered against Pinky at Shipra Police Station, Jaipur South under charges of extortion

A girl traveling with a valid 1AC ticket was allegedly forced to give up her own reserved seat

because a ticketless VIP claiming to be a "Judge" wanted it.

A guy had booked a Lower Berth for his sister because she suffers from drop foot,

a medical condition that makes climbing to an upper berth extremely difficult.

However, shortly after the train departed, a ticketless woman,

who allegedly claimed to be a Judge, entered the cabin accompanied by the Police and the TTE.

When the family explained the passenger's medical condition and refused to give up their reserved seat,

the woman allegedly threatened to have them removed from the train.

Even more shockingly,
the TTE and the Police allegedly sided with her,

forcing the medically vulnerable passenger to move to the Upper Berth despite her condition.

A complaint was also filed through RailMadad,

but according to the family, no timely assistance was provided.

the biggest question is this

Has VIP culture become more important

than the rights of passengers with valid reserved tickets and genuine medical needs ?
