@DoorDash_Help Surprise mfkn surprise. Refused a refund on grounds that my old confirmation photos show the same location. I live in a divided complex with multiple units and they think I'm lying. I paid for delivery, not guess-which-neighbor-has-my-food. My delivery instructions are clear too

Did a chargeback and this was Uber's way of "blacklisting" me for protecting my own safety. Missing tamper seals from a restaurant that always uses tamper seals. What's the point of tamper seals if they aren't going to be accounted for when they are broken/missing? @UberEats

Btw, Uber refused to refund me 9/10 times for food/safety related issues. Doordash and Grubhub refunded 4/5 times without question.

@AmazonFresh Missing 4 items that I paid for WITH COUPONS. Had to beg support to get the refund with the coupons because they are 1-time use. Without the coupons I have to pay more to reorder the missing items. I'm sorry, why should I pay more for YOUR MISTAKE? #amazonfresh

@AmazonHelp Actually no, I only received a refund for the missing items. No compensation for the coupons. Now I have to buy the same items again without the promotions. How weird that most of the items I used coupons for were the items missing from the delivery. Very scammy, Amazon.
