So I watched Patrick Clancy interview. He seemed (understandably) reserved for the most part, but the two biggest things that stood out to me:

1. When he started talking about having vivid dreams of one of his children walking into the room, I started tearing up. Just imagining being in that position was so difficult. Lot of difficult things he described having to do as a father in that.

2. The interviewer asked if Lindsay ever asked for forgiveness and he said, “No, but I gave it to her.”
A very short sentence that says a lot about both of these people.

The information you and NBC Boston provided was absolutely and completely singular in nature.

You all provided his date of birth for heaven's sake! In writing.

You all also provided , date of arrest, date of complaint, specifics about charges, district where offense occured, specifics about an RO, after the juror was already pointed out as being one of only three male jurors.

In the FBI we have informants.

It is critical that we protect them. That means we can't provide what we call "Singular Information" about their identity.

What is singular information?

Information that makes their identity unique to them so they can be identified. This is Exactly what you all did.

How did you get his name if it was impounded? From one of the female jurors you spoke with?

You all said in the piece that no one in his family knew that he was a juror on this case.

You all did everything in your journalist power to Dox and punish this juror for his vote under the guise of "jurors like him shouldn't have been impaneled", yet you overlooked another juror with a criminal history.

What you all did to him was wrong in every sense as you all cut at the very fabric of our judicial system.

A better question, Sue, is what didn't you all say to avoid identifying him...
