Carbon Dioxide Removal (CDR) is reliant on low emissions for greatest climate impact.
The amount of CDR happening is primarily determined by cost effectiveness, which significantly improves in a low emissions scenario.
@harry_b_smith Important points raised, however nature based solutions are important for so many other reasons (as highlighted at the end of abstract). I hope this report doesn't take away from future restoration work, as I'm sure most would would agree blue carbon still has a part to play.
Amazing PhD opportunity to use cutting edge techniques - acoustic telemetry, echosounders, BRUV, ROV to study fisheries and conservation benefits of UKs first Offshore Mussel Farm. Rope Biodiversity will also be important to quantify https://t.co/3xSJfAGLnh
