@AnnCoulter How could anyone rank those 3 with a mass murderer megalomaniac who had over 6million people murdered. Ann, you're letting your idiot side show, again!
@AnnCoulter I would hope it would be the same if a white, Hispanic or Asian committed the same crime. The USA is supposed to be colorblind/ethnic kind, but it's not. It's not because too many racists (of all skin colors) live here. Decent folk need to isolate & educate these a-holes.
@kderosa @callmealincoln @AnnCoulter I have not said whether Kyle is guilty or innocent. I have merely pointed out facts. Without sitting in for the whole trial I do not know how I would vote. You, on the other hand seem to have made up your mind. Enough of this back&forth. I'm arguing with a rock & now done with it
@kderosa @callmealincoln @AnnCoulter ...leather shrinks & then introduce the same model glove & size (new) for OJ to try on. His hand would have fit & he might have been convicted. But the prosecution failed to do this, just as the ADA is failing to pursue things in Kyle's case.
@kderosa @callmealincoln @AnnCoulter That is the perogative of the procecution, but does not negate the facts I mentioned.
Look at the OJ Simpson murder trial where the defense held up the glove & said "If the glove doesn't fit, you must squirt". The prosecution could have defeated that by pointing out wet ...
@kderosa @callmealincoln @AnnCoulter No, I have formally studied law, now retired & informally study it, read court cases/decisions, legal reviews & such. I also studied history of laws. I have a very good grasp on how they work. & I know that personal bias should never come into deciding law.
@kderosa @callmealincoln @AnnCoulter I am not saying Kyle might not have been defending himself, just that he was committing several crimes at the time & that can counter his claims of self defense. Those are facts of law that get played out in court rooms near weekly nationwide.
@kderosa @callmealincoln @AnnCoulter Misdemeanor or not he violated the law. As to crossing the state borders the FBI is still investigating because he & his mother knew he would be armed illegally in WI. That shows intent & intent to commit a crime can be charged & convicted. Either way Kyle should be punished.
@kderosa @callmealincoln @AnnCoulter He was a minor illegally carrying a loaded weapon. That bears strongly on negating his claim of self defense. If a felon is carrying a gun (illegal in most states) & shoots a person trying to rob him that felon can still be convicted of murder because he was illegally armed!
@kderosa @callmealincoln @AnnCoulter Kenosha police did not "sit back & do nothing". They were active in trying to control the protests crowds, but became overwhelmed by the size of the protest & then riot. No police force can stop a riot from starting when there are bad actors in the group of peaceful protestors.
@kderosa @callmealincoln @AnnCoulter No city "permits" a riot to take place! Even New York City, with a police force the size of most armies, cannot prevent a riot if the participants of a protest decide to riot. The police can only act after the crime (riot) has begun. Even strong police presence gets ignored.
@AnnCoulter He tried to turn himself in to police responding to an 'active shooter' call, but they ignored him to reach the scene of the shooting. He then left the state & went home, turning himself in to the police the next day.
@freedlander This violates US Laws & the Constitution in so many ways! ONLY the Federal govt is allowed to conduct foreign diplomacy. Private citizens, which Trump is, are not. Trump seems determined to insure he goes to prison.
@AnnCoulter I'm a very reasonable person & believe in obeying the law. Kyle broke several state & federal laws just by being a minor in possession of a weapon without proper supervision. He also crossed state lines intending to break the laws of the state he entered. Death occured by it.
