@British_Airways We checked our bags in with British Airways, our baggage tags began with BA, we never chose to fly with Air China. Our contract was with British Airways and you failed us.
@BritishAir_Sup6 Unfortunately you are not trying at all!!! Desire all four luggage numbers being BA****** numbers, you have deferred all responsibility to Air China. Considering we were flying Business Class and ended up being redirected via Beijing, we think this is appalling!

@TalkTalk what an absolute farce trying to deal with ‘customer support’. Broadband not what was promised. Hardware not what was promised. Can’t even cancel easily!
@British_Airways Switched from trains to planes three weeks ago, travelling from Heathrow to Newcastle. Not been on time once yet!!!! Weekly commute and back to trains ASAP!
@SingaporeAir This issue has been resolved thanks to excellent Customer Service from Dimitris Dimitriou at Asian Aviation. Please pass on our heartfelt thanks to him. We won’t be using MyTrip again but look forward to flying with Singapore Airlines now.
@SingaporeAir We have tried that, many times. They tell us that they have contacted you and you have said it is not possible. I would like to know why it is not possible to enable a family to travel together? We have paid for our flights but one name was typed incorrectly!
@SingaporeAir The agent has informed us that we have to buy a new ticket in correct name before a refund for incorrect ticket can be granted. Unfortunately tickets have risen in price from £650 to over £2,000.
@SingaporeAir We have tried that, but because we have booked through an agent, we are being told it is not possible to change the tickets. We are due to fly as a family of four but as it stands I am not going to be able to travel with my family. Surely there is something that can be done???
