@LumoTravel yesterday I waited nearly 90 minutes for the 15.54 service Newcastle to London. Today you refused my delay repay. Can you please reconsider this decision as it is quite frankly appalling.
@wizzair I paid to select seats on a flight so my daughter and I could sit together, but at boarding we were moved to different seats and not together. Your customer services team say this is acceptable. It is absolutely not acceptable.
@LouHill1978@OVOArena@_girlinred_ I assume the venues fancy a bit of data harvesting which they can achieve by making us use their app, but the tech actually needs to work first!
@LouHill1978@OVOArena@_girlinred_ I ended up emailing customer service and did get it sorted in the sense that they were transferred to my axs account (even though I bought with Ticketmaster) and I could access them via the axs app rather than ovo. Ridiculously complicated.

@NatWest_Help good morning. I’m overseas (Croatia) and yesterday I used an ATM. The transaction was declined by the machine, but i can see from my account that the money has been taken. I tried to use Cora to flag the issue but it didn’t help - can you advise?
