3 years ago today, I recovered keys to a wallet that I thought was lost. I spent months trying to brute force access. Why? Inside were three @cryptopunks that I claimed on June 11, 2017! The @v1punks purple in my pfp represents a badge that doesn't exist...Punk Claimer!

@NFTWannabe Nope, didn't know them at all. I found punks via a product hunt post and then spent a full day trying to figure how to interact with eth contracts. Fun times 😉

@NFTWannabe You mean like how to interact with an eth contract because they were one of the first launched? I didn't know them, but they did have instructions on the webpage about downloading the Mist wallet in order to take one for free.

Five years ago today I bought CryptoPunk #1111, paying 1.111 eth ($445) and made it my profile picture. Which I haven't changes since finding him! While I don't ever where a silver chain, I'm quite fond of this digital character and very pleased to use him as my digital representation. Thank you TJ!!!
