@IRCTCofficial @RailwaySeva sir train no 22119 Tejas left CSMT on 30/05/26 around 4.5 hours late. Good part is that we were informed previous night that the train is running late. So instead of 5:50 am it started at 10:30. However 12 noon the attended is serving “upma” as BF.

@IRCTCofficial Yes one small pack of flavoured rice with pickle no dal. No curd, it was dry. Especially for kids, they couldnt eat it. But my contention is why you guys didn’t calibrate when you knew there was a delay, must have got food from CSTM itself…

@ola_supports major scam in Delhi, for 110 kms ride the cab driver ask me to pay Rs. 5550. Moreover Ola grievance didnt reply, there is no customercare number to fall back on at the time of crisis. Worst experience so far. Ref. CRN: 10234125797

@cathaypacific Highly disappointing customer service in India. The cust. ser. number doesnt work, the auto chat system is useless. My flight is cancelled, and I dont know whether I am travelling or not and there is no one to help or answer. Pathetic!
