@UnderArmourUK just received the most horrendous customer service when i phoned to query an order which was placed over two weeks ago, the customer service agent hung up on me is this how under armour conduct themselves now?

@ring_uk This was resolved when I managed ti find the contact details for the helpful call centre in Arizona the unit is being replaced under warranty. The call centre is definitely the better option for warranty resolution.

@ring spent hours on the online chat trying to resolve a faulty doorbell for my parents only to get cut of due to inactivity whilst waiting for a response being retrieved from tech team.. try to log back on and get told 21min wait
