@FlySWISS Well we leave 1/3 at 0200 Delhi time and NEED TO LEAVE the country with our bags. So this has become an urgent need that you must resolve.

@airvistara URGENT. Our bags have been stuck in customs in Delhi for 2 days now. We are in Kolkata and flew in the morning of 12/27. There have been minimum of 6 flights for them to get here. Looking for an update on where they are & how to pick them up.

@DelhiAirport It’s no wonder our bags have been lost for 5 DAYS NOW. Will never be flying @swissairlines again as they are holding our bags somewhere here in Delhi after never telling us to pick them up from customs. This is so very concerning @airvistara

@DelhiAirport HELP. Our bags have been stuck in customs since 12/27 when we came from Delhi to Kolkata. Missing baggage forms have been filed through Vistara who we flew through. At this point we will be returning to Delhi tomorrow and would rather they STAY

@FlySWISS I completed a missing baggage form and have a reference number. The problem is we flew SWISS from Zurich to Delhi and then @airvistara Delhi to Kolkata. Customs in Dehli Is holding our bags and will not release them to Kolkata without hearing from you SWISS

@airvistara I still have not received any follow up. Extremely disappointing that we had to GO TO the Kolkata airport only to find out the missing baggage claim we filled out Tuesday morning 12/27 was only submitted today 12/29. Horrendous. @AirportGenCus

The way we have normalized crisis / surge standards of care in hospital medicine is deeply concerning. It's bad for patients. It's bad for their families. It's also bad for healthcare workers.

Imagine your loved one has a devastating medical emergency, comes to the ER and ends up suffering in a bed up against a wall, no privacy, no call button, people walking past them avoiding eye contact.

If you haven't seen it yourself, it's awful. Dehumanizing.
