@Baconbrix New beginnings! Thanks for everything you have done at Expo, you're a beast! I'm certain we'll see you rock the next thing you pick up too, whatever it's going to be. ๐
@vinvan "Small prs" was never really about less lines of code, it's about small units of work. I can have more trouble reviewing a 5 line config change than a 20k loc pr that bootstraps a new project.
Review on functionality, not just code/style nits, those are for your linter
@jordwalke To be clear I'm not saying that's a good thing. I'm saying that the tab management system is just ported over from desktop and clearly not working the same. Chrome has the inactive tabs thing to try & clear it up somewhat, but it's a ux mismatch.
Garbage collect tabs on mobile๐คท
@jordwalke This is the thing... enough people never use the tab switcher for them to consider deprioritising it. Browser sessions are ephemeral enough on mobile for a lot of people
But give me the option to have it accessible damnit!
@sebastienlorber Hey! Yeah they're disabled as one of many precautions against the npm worm, our security and oss infra teams are monitoring the mitigation of the attack, in the meantime GitHub CI being temporarily disabled is a minor inconvenience
