@VerizonSupport @jackbridgeen I’ve been a @Verizon Business customer for 20+ years. In April I traded in an iPhone and specifically asked for the line to be added to my business account. Instead they put it on an unauthorized consumer account.
I’ve called 5 times since May and still can’t get it fixed.
