@EtihadHelp today we booked flights @ 1520 from arlanda -> manchester -> UAE -> melbourne. We were told to call you. We have been on hold for over 3 hours. I am now seeing a statement on your page stating we cannot enter the UAE airport. However you took our money. (1/2)

@EtihadHelp this is actually beyond a joke, this is horrendous customer service. It’s one thing to not respomd quickly but to not even acknowledge the tweets is wildly unprofessional. You cannot take our money, not issue tickets and request we call you when we cannot get through
