Can institutional adoption and decentralization work together?
In the first episode of the Onchain Economy series, @joelkatz says yes and offers that neutrality is key: https://t.co/2eUJCrxFSX
He explains how tokenized assets and onchain credit are bridging the gap between TradFi and DeFi and how the XRP Ledger is the perfect foundation to support this shift.
In partnership with Ctrl Alt and the Dubai @Land_Department, Ripple Custody will deliver scalable and secure storage for the Dubai Land Department’s tokenized real estate title deeds, which have been issued on the XRP Ledger - enabling fractional ownership, transparency, and global access to Dubai’s real estate market.

At @UnivOfKansas, UBRI is fueling an onchain art collaboration led by Dr. Perry Alexander and the Spencer Museum: https://t.co/MV4y1GszYU
By blending blockchain, storytelling, and community memory, the project explores how people can reclaim ownership over space, memory, and digital expression for the public good.
A compelling example of blockchain beyond finance. Check out the latest in the UBRI Campus Collaborations series. ⭐️

True to our long-standing compliance roots, @Ripple is applying for a national bank charter from the OCC. If approved, we would have both state (via NYDFS) and federal oversight, a new (and unique!) benchmark for trust in the stablecoin market.
Earlier in the week via @StandardCustody, we also applied for a Fed Master account -- while Congress is working towards clear rules and regulations, and banks (in a far cry from the years of Operation Chokepoint 2.0) are leaning in, this access would allow us to hold $RLUSD reserves directly with the Fed and provide an additional layer of security to future proof trust in RLUSD.
Ripple always has and will continue to build trusted, battle-tested and secure infrastructure. In a $250B+ market, RLUSD stands out for putting regulation first, setting the standard that institutions expect.
Today, we are partnering with @Wormhole to bring multichain interoperability to the XRPL and the upcoming XRPL EVM Sidechain: https://t.co/qVAeL3LX4N
This integration brings new optionality for developers and institutions looking to build cross-chain applications whether for payments, DeFi, and RWA use cases.
