Support and moderators investigated the issue and resolved it but no resolution on losses. Support team even though knowing it was an issue on their end refused to submit a ticket. Then after many requests they submitted a ticket but it’s been over 2 weeks. Still no resolution.

@TraderBach I’ve had issues with my account over 2 weeks about my Phase 2 being breached due to heavy slippage. My balance was above threshold with floating profits. When showing this to support they told me the info on there is not accurate.
